Food Truck Thursdays @ Chelton Crossing – Vendor Interest Form

We’re kicking off Food Truck Thursdays as part of a bigger effort to activate Chelton Crossing — a community hub in Southeast Colorado Springs that’s ready for new energy and connection.

Stompin’ Groundz, located right on site, will be hosting nightly events, meetups, open mics, and more throughout the week. On Thursdays, we’re inviting 2–4 food trucks to pull up from 4–8 PM to create a consistent weekly vibe with good food and community.

We are looking for up to 4 food trucks to commit to 4 weeks (July 31, Aug 7,14,21)  at $250 for all 4 weeks!
