Every other Sunday the Southeast Food Coalition will be hosting a farmers market at Chelton Crossing.. If you complete our booking process you are requesting to set up INSIDE Stompin' Groundz. Cancellation Policy
Vendor Event House Rules Thank you for your interest in participating in our vendor events! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following house rules before submitting your booking form. 1. Event Approval & Space Allocation All vendor applications will be reviewed by our team before approval. Spaces will be assigned based on availability and event layout. Each vendor will be allocated a designated space that includes room for a 6-foot table. Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs; if additional space is needed, please inform us in advance for consideration. 2. Vendor Setup Requirements Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and display materials. All setups must fit within the designated space without obstructing walkways or neighboring vendors. Vendors may arrive as early as 10:00 AM to set up their space. Setup and breakdown times will be communicated before the event; vendors must adhere to the schedule. 3. Product Restrictions Absolutely no consumable products (food, beverages, or samples) are allowed for sale or distribution. Vendors must comply with all applicable laws regarding the products they sell. 4. Conduct & Responsibilities Vendors must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times. All vendor areas must be kept clean and free of debris. Vendors are responsible for any damages to the venue caused by their setup or activities. 5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy If you need to cancel, please notify the event organizers as soon as possible. No-shows may impact your ability to participate in future events. Cancellations made within one week of the event will not be eligible for a refund. By submitting your booking form, you agree to abide by these house rules. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund. For any questions or clarifications, please contact our event team. We look forward to hosting you!
