Reservation Required Please ensure that the conference room is reserved in advance. Walk-ins are not permitted without prior booking. Free Meeting You cannot charge for people to attend. If you are interested in this as an option please contact us. Time Management Kindly adhere to your reserved time slot. Time slot includes set up. If you need additional time, please check availability and extend your booking . Respect the Space Treat the room and its furnishings with care. Any damage should be reported immediately. Clean Up Please clean up after your meeting. Dispose of trash, and return the room to its original condition. Technology Use Handle the provided technology (Wi-Fi, monitor/TV, etc.) with care. Report any technical issues promptly to our staff. Noise Level Keep noise at a respectful level to ensure a productive environment for all guests. Use headphones for virtual meetings if needed. Food & Drink Enjoy your food and drinks responsibly. Please be cautious to avoid spills, and notify staff if any Keep track of your personal items. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen belongings. End on Time Ensure that your meeting concludes on time. This allows the next group to start promptly.
