Community Resilience Network

October 24, 2026

Map Our Neighborhoods. Locate Our Strengths. Transform Our Community.

Come join the Community Resilience Network on October 24th from 12 p.m.- 1 p.m.! This network increases access to healthcare and resources by identifying community assets, utilization, and gaps, leading to a living community asset map. We will gather information through direct partnerships with professionals and community members.

The benefits of this map and network include placing community members at the center with the opportunity to provide their expertise as the missing link to guide us in creating the network. Professionals are provided with data-driven insights to reduce burnout and improve referral accuracy.

A thorough community assets map may include: (1) gifts, skills, and capacities of the individuals; (2) associations with religious, cultural, athletic, recreational, and other purposes; (3) local institutions including private businesses, public institutions, and nonprofit institutions in communities; (4) physical assets and natural resources; and (5) local economy.
